Today we are going to show the defenders out there some love! We’re going to look at some drills that are great for defenders, but also work well for attacking players too.

Swift movement on the field is something all players need to develop to be successful. Part of developing this type of movement is being aware of how your body works. By practicing these drills focused on agility and balance, you’ll be able to identify where you need to direct your focus to be your best.
