Fitness Friday: This Type of Fitness Will Help with Your Game!

It’s not always fun to work on fitness. I like to incorporate the ball into my workouts to mix it up and make things more enjoyable, because when I’m working with the ball, it doesn’t feel like a fitness session at all!

Today I’m going to show you a circuit you can do using the ball. You don’t need much equipment to do this, just yourself, a ball, and maybe some cones if you have them. Check out the video and follow along with me while I go through the circuit:

 

Remember, soccer requires a lot of running and a high level of physical fitness. If you are anything like me and don’t love doing fitness sessions, I hope this idea makes your next workout a lot more fun.
